Inherited Release Method (IRM) works with what your body has been carrying, from your own life, from your whānau (family), and from the places that sit deeper than that. The body doesn’t separate any of it. It holds what it had to hold, and when it feels safe enough, it starts to show what it is ready to let go of.
Before we meet I connect with your energy and run a kinesiology chart so I can see what your body is pointing toward. That gives us a clean starting point. We don’t waste time digging for a story or trying to figure anything out. We follow what is already moving.
When we work together I read what is shifting in your body as it happens. Breath, tension, softening, closing, the way your wairua (spirit) and energy field change, the small cues your system gives without you saying a word. That guides me more than anything else. There is no script to follow. We move with what your body is willing to work with on the day.
IRM helps with the patterns that come out of survival and out of whakapapa (lineage), the ones that show up as tightness in the chest, looping thoughts, heaviness, sudden reactions, or the sense that you are carrying something that never started with you. You don’t need to explain any of it. You don’t need to retell your past. Your body already knows what it has been holding.
My role is to support the release through kinesiology, energy alignment, breath, and wairua-led guidance while staying within your boundaries. I only go where your body gives permission. Just because I can read something does not mean I should touch it. Consent matters in this mahi (work).
