online energy healing
Recalibrate
$77.00

You don't have to explain anything.

You don't have to share. You don't have to know what's wrong or put language to it or have it make sense to anyone — including yourself.

You just have to show up.

Recalibrate is a quiet, body-led group experience guided by the Inherited Release Method and held in the mauri of kawakawa. You'll be guided through breath and gentle energetic alignment while your nervous system settles and inherited and emotional patterns have space to unwind in their own way.

What comes up is yours. It doesn't need to leave the room.

What people have said

"I was only bummed I didn't get to hear more from the others — I was still passed out lol."

"I felt lighter, more open and filled with a renewed joy for life."

"Thank you for such a beautiful level of care."

A few things worth knowing

This is online. You can be in your bed, on your couch, wherever you feel safe. I just need to see you from head to toe on camera. Audio will be turned off for all participants.

Numbers are kept small deliberately. Twenty people maximum. This is not a webinar.

Nothing is required of you except to be present. No speaking. No explaining.

Kawakawa is a plant native to Aotearoa. It is used here in its energetic form (using her mauri or life force) to support clearing, protection and the settling of the nervous system. You don't need to know anything about it for it to work.

The Inherited Release Method works with what the body is holding — patterns, responses, and weight that has often been carried across generations. Some of it yours. Some of it not.

This is for you if:

You are running on empty and don't have words for why.

You've tried talking about it and talking hasn't been enough.

You want to feel something shift without having to perform your way through it.
